Wyoming cook-offs

Wyoming's competitive cooking season is short and intense — KCBS-sanctioned BBQ contests run June through September at outdoor venues across the state. The Cody-Yellowstone tourist corridor and the Cheyenne area concentrate the calendar; the rest of the year, Wyoming teams travel out of state to keep cooking.
